mdskills.ai is a community marketplace for discovering, sharing, and installing AI agent skills, MCP servers, plugins, rules, and related tools. We provide a directory and platform; the skills and tools listed are created by their respective authors.
2. Accounts
You may need to create an account to submit listings, vote, or comment. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. User Content
When you submit a skill, plugin, or other listing, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting, you grant mdskills.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing on the platform.
You agree not to submit content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
4. Skill Advisor Reviews
Listings may be reviewed by our AI-powered Skill Advisor. Reviews are automated assessments provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any review score or assessment.
5. Paid Listings
Some listings may be offered as paid products. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. mdskills.ai takes a platform fee as disclosed during the submission process.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or collect data from the site without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit spam, fake reviews, or artificially inflate install counts
7. Intellectual Property
The mdskills.ai name, logo, and website design are owned by us. Individual skills, plugins, and tools are owned by their respective authors and subject to their specified licenses.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any skill, plugin, or tool listed on the marketplace is safe, functional, or suitable for your purposes. You use all listed tools at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mdskills.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any content obtained from it.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
